Use this page to delete your UDL account without signing in. Enter the email address of your account and we will send you a link. Opening the link and confirming deletes the account.
What is deleted
Your personal data is erased at once and this cannot be undone: your profile, email address, password, photos, chat messages, voice notes, progress, XP and badges, follows, bookmarks, notifications, and your sign-ins and sign-in logs on every device.
What stays
Posts and comments you shared stay, shown as “Deleted member”, with no name or photo. Content that someone reported stays with our moderators, and so does a sign-in log that an open report needs. Payment records are kept only as long as tax law requires. Erased data can stay in our encrypted backups for up to about five weeks.
Your membership
If you have a Pro membership that renews, we cancel it first so you are not charged again. If the cancellation fails, nothing is deleted and you can try again.
Who can use this page
Administrator accounts cannot use this page; another administrator removes them. If you use the app, you can also delete your account there: Profile, then Settings, then Delete account.
